In collaboration with the An-Najah Center for Religious Studies, the “Bridges for Coexistence” initiative organizes a Scientific Day on Religious Discourse.

    In collaboration with the An-Najah Center for Religious Studies, the “Bridges for Coexistence” initiative organized a Scientific Day on Religious Discourse at the Faculty of Sharia building, attended by a number of mosque imams, church bishops, and a representative of the Samaritan community.

    The event was organized by the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Foundation for Interfaith and Intercultural Dialogue, the An-Najah Center for Religious Studies, and the Bridges for Coexistence initiative, which specializes in developing religious discourse. The initiative includes the Samaritan Legends Association, Bethlehem Bible College, the Arab Christian Scouts, and the Seeds Association for Development and Culture.

    During the event, the Dean of the Faculty of Sharia and Head of the Center for Religious Studies at An-Najah National University spoke about the importance of religious discourse and the need to hold dialogues and discussions on shared issues, emphasizing their role in fostering reform and understanding among people.

    Dr. Raed Al-Debai, Director of the Bridges for Coexistence Center, also addressed the significance of holding this event at the Faculty of Sharia at An-Najah National University, highlighting the role of such activities in promoting coexistence and improving religious discourse in Palestine.
