An-Najah Center for Religious Studies Holds Its Administrative Board Meeting

    An-Najah Center for Religious Studies (ANCERS) at An-Najah National University held its regular meeting of the Advisory Board on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in the office of the Dean of the Faculty of Shari’a, with the participation of board members both in
    person and via Zoom.

    The meeting was chaired by Professor Dr. Jamal Zaid Al-Kilani, the Dean of the Faculty of Sharia and Director of the Center.
    The meeting discussed a number of issues and topics related to the Center’s work and future plans. The board approved the nomination of Dr. Mehdi Berriah as a member of the administrative committee and endorsed the agreement signed with the French Institute to implement a joint three-year project. The board also discussed a proposed academic cooperation project with Bethlehem Bible College.

    At the conclusion of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Al-Kilani announced that the launch date for the joint project with the French Institute has been set for November 20, 2025. The board also agreed to revise the title of the upcoming conference on “Human Dignity in Religions,” defining its themes and objectives in alignment with current challenges and needs.
